First major telecom engagement
Vodafone Ghana engages ShrinQ for Oneboard, revenue reporting, outsourced developers and a mobile request portal.
- 2017–2018
Integration and financial services
The MTN Ghana Shares Project runs from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, IC Securities partners with ShrinQ on software development.
- 2019
Core insurance delivery
ShrinQ delivers the Genova core insurance application for Vanguard Assurance.

Accessible insurance channels
MiLife receives USSD channels, a premium calculator and related tools.
- 2021
First international operation
ShrinQ launches in London with Sulaman Services, marking its first operation outside Ghana.

The Trade subsidiary is built around ITSP. ShrinQ engages the Government of Suriname on ITSP and other technology deployments.

ShrinQ launches in Ethiopia with Bruh Finance, extending its financial technology offering in East Africa.

Pilots and platform development
Ghana Revenue Authority approves a 120-day ITSP pilot. ShrinQ proposes iVerify as an ID-verification aggregator, extends a trial to MCAG and drafts the STAK Lite SaaS agreement.
